About training

In addition to counselling, I have extensive experience in training and development work.

I am very interested in working with teams and groups to help them perform better through development of listening and communication skills, learning to be with difference in groups, understanding and responding to conflict and feedback. Laughter Yoga

What is laughter yoga 🤣 🧘‍♀️ ?

A form of exercise and a way to practice well-being where we use laughter.
You can do whether you are happy or stressed.
It’s not actual yoga! It’s about laughter, breathing, movement and connection.

Laughter 🤣

We don’t laugh enough as adults, children laugh a lot more.
Adults intellectualise humour, we have forgotten spontaneous laughter.
The body can’t distinguish real from fake laughter, but we feel the same benefit(endorphins)
Fake it till you make it, and it becomes real.

Yoga 🧘‍♀️

Laughter, it’s about deep breathing
Its exercise

What are the benefits? 🧐

Reduce stress 🫀 🫁
Boost mood 🙏
Help relaxation 😎
Connect with others 👯 🫂
